I dropped my... moreI thought it was generally known now that the OEMs can't be trusted concerning theIP68 ratings of phones. I've always acted as if my phone would be safe ok only against splashes and light rainfall. I NEVER take a phone into the bathroom, kitchen or near water. There are, however, often many posts - especially when a phone is newly released - of it being used underwater for taking photos with no adverse effects. Could you have had a defective phone?

No February security update yet. Got January's last week even though I already had it as it came with android 12. Weird getting it twice. Hopefuly we get it soon as its now march. Anyone get February security update yet in uk? .

Cause by the ... moreAs far as I remember no, it hasn't dropped or anything, and yes, I suppose it's something with the hardware, it only works well if I lower the resolution to HD+ but it's annoying since the screen isn't taken advantage of! My last hope is something in the software, although I have no doubt, I will continue to wait for the March patch update.

I have the problem that the screen of my Note 10+ flashes colored stripes, most notably pink, and it is intermittent when I touch the touch, but it only happens with certain colors or in some applications. Tried reboot, factory reset and nothing. I hope it is a software problem and that it will be fixed with the next March patch :(

The IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 mins) claim is absolute garbage. I dropped my 12 month old Note10+ in the bath by accident (luke warm water, as it is summer where we are now) and removed it instantly, and dried it, even placed it in rice.
The next morning the front camera was fogged up!?
One of the reasons I purchased this phone was to have peace of mind around water????
I went in to Samsung today and they said they cannot help as a warranty repair and that it would be charged for. That is a massive let-down. This is likely where my path with Samsung ends.
SAMSUNG. YOUR NOTE 10+ IS NOT IP68!!!!

Colors, pixels or something like that, like when you open an image and certain colors cause a distorted band of color to appear on the screen?

Still no update/fix for the air command. Wish samsung would release a patch for this. It's been months that I can't use the bluetooth functionality of my s-pen.
