Most of the flagship phones these days don't have a headphone jack that's normal now, for me I've Bluetooth headphones which work great, also the USB type headphones with this are good, the latest S series phones don't even have the charger or headphones at least this one does. As far as the battery life is concerned I use mine with power saving mode & it easily lasts for me over a day & a half, I'm not a gamer just use it for social networking & mainly for whatsapp video calls. All in all its a great phone from Samsung.

Bean, 09 Jun 2019No headphone jack, that's a problem for me.And let it be a problem to u headphones jack is not a problem to any flagship phones the only problem of flagship phones is a battery life

What's wrong with these animals?If u are looking for phone that have great battery life u should go for tecno infinix itel does phone have good battery life because they have low prosesor what ever u call it with time coming does flagship phones will improve in battery life soon because they are all working on it ok

Morshed, 23 Jul 2021Unfortunately warranty period is over. Thanks.24 months warranty. So it's still under warranty. You mentioned you have been using it for 17 months. Take it to service centre. It's a hardware issue. They will fix it for you.

Morshed, 22 Jul 2021I got the "green screen" issue on my Note 10+ (exynos) display. I've been using... moreHi. It's still under warranty. Leave it into your nearest Samsung service centre. They will fix it free of charge as its a hardware problem. I had that problem on my s7 edge few yrs back. I had to have new motherboard and new screen. It was still under warranty. My advice take it to service centre as soon as possible.

I got the "green screen" issue on my Note 10+ (exynos) display. I've been using it for 17 months and I never dropped this phone, nor even applied any pressure on the display, all of a sudden it appeared. It is the exact same issue that's killing Note 9 displays, a green tint on the display. Now I'm using "OLED saver" app to mitigate the issue. My only available option is to replace the display. Shame on you Samsung! You guys really need to fix this.

Yasitha, 21 Jul 2021Is this good to buy in 2021 july? How is this camera nyt mode compare to Note 20 ?I've been using it since April & it is one if the best smartphone I've used in years. If you're planning to buy it then go ahead & you won't be disappointed.
