Dolle, 16 Jun 2025My old Note 10 also kept saying the pen was disconnected. I never found a fix and it was annoy... moreHad the same issue. It is the pen. The built in battery goes dead so it doesn'y charge any more. I replaced the pen and it's fine now.
btw, the S25 Ultra S pen doesnt have the bluetooth pen anymore.

As long as you dont download stuff from dodgy sites and try to use a VPN with adblocker. Don't allow any of your apps to automatically install APKs, you should be good.
I use mine on the power saving mode with all the features turned on and i get 3-4 hours SOT.
How about the display on the Note!? Isn't it stunning even to this day compared to any flagship out there?
I compared the main camera with a S25 earlier this year and the quality is about the same. In fact, the Note looked better in some cases if you pixel peeped. It was indoor shots at an expo where the S25 was on display. The zoom on the S25 will probably be better and maybe night shots. However when the Note was on One UI 2, it took even better photos.
The ultra wide on the Note is 16MP and produces amazing shots.
The ultra phones are the ones to get but for me they are just too large and heavy.

I've been using a note 10 since 2019. A long-term stylus user since the days of the palm 5, and through the early notes! I love the tactile feel of actual handwriting. In about 2021 I cracked the screen and the samsung guy stuck in a new battery in with the screen repair. It doesn't go a whole day, but not bad. I LOVE the size. Why do people want to walk round with huge phones the size of a small tablet in pocket? My one concern is the lack of android security updates. They stopped in 2023. I've got Norton on it, but the only reason I would consider upgrading is for that security issue. Anyone got thoughts on that issue?

why dont work for yourself and get something like this , phones are cheap nowdays

I never found a fix and it was annoying. I sold my used Note 10 and bought another very light used Note 10, and it didnt have this problem so all good now. My S24Ultra is still in the drawer.

I've had a Note 10 (unlocked Aura Black) for about 3 years. I bought it used from Amazon, and it's still dope. It's fast, convenient, beautiful and one of the best electronics purchases I've ever made in my 39 years of being a techie. The *one* issue I've had (and that's saying a lot considering it's 2025 and it was used) is that it constantly says the S pen is disconnected. I've tried a lot of different fixes but without success. That said, the stylus still *does* work, and very good. It's just a "nitpick" of mine to even mention that, but doesn't affect usability or anything almost at all. I'd still recommend it, or any Galaxy device, for that matter. I hope to upgrade to a newer model soon, but the Note series is the BOMB! (pardon the slang, I grew up in the '90s and prefer that generation of slang to the newer ones xP).

Have been using Samsung for a long time but S8 and note 10 are absolute beauties 😁
