Reboot into recovery mode and wipe it. No need for factory reset. I do this after every update as it gets rid of any old residual files left over which can cause battery drainage. I updated to android 13. My battery was draining slightly. But its working fine now after doing this. Also rebooting your phone was a week is good flfpr battery. Hope this helps.

Received my note ultra yesterday and I'm very happy with it. It came with android 10 . Once I set it up it got software updates for android 12 4.1 and android 5.0. Can anyone help me with lockscreen. When I receive mgs, email etc the phone doesn't light up . On note 10 plus when I got a message phone came lit up to lockscreen. I went through all the settings and they look fine. Can anyone give me advice on this? I pretty know everything about a phone. But this is baffling..... Cheers;l

So thank you for explaining In your reply to me. I'm looking forward to getting it. Il keep my note 10 plus 5g as well as I've only owned it 2yrs in September. IL keep it as a backup up. Cheers:)

Bought the ultra during this year's 11/11 sale. I must say it's one of the best phones I can find for the price (around 500 USD). Includes 5G, esim support, updated to Android 13, excellent camera system and so on. Only thing may be the battery life/capacity that is on the lower side. Also, If you have it set for the right region (only a few support it) - you get built-in call recording.

I received android 13 update on 11th of November
It has some few nice features but the thing i hate the most is the lockscreen notifications style is so bad 👎🏻 it reminds me of the old sony xperia, the design of android 11 was the best

The performance is the same
Note 20 ultra has a better premium design
A little bit bigger screen and battery
Also the camera is mush better
Receiving Android 13 now
I already upgraded from note 10+ to Note20 ultra 5G 5 months ago
