After update clear cache partition . I updated and everything is running fine. Battery is the same. But if on 24/7 of course it will drain. I was worried about updating. But I'm glad I did. 😊

It drains fas... moreWith high end phones, you should use power mode .on meqdium power saving,,turn off mob data, wifi, ,location,,bluetooth etc when, not in use also always on display notifi. Also turn off many apps notification not in use. And use a software cleaner like avg cleaner.. flagships are performant,but power hungry.

It drains fas... moreLmao I got the so called glue gate problem too but I didn't realize until someone on yt mentioned it and the comments sharing the same issue, i thought it's a common software thingy since my previous realme notch has the same thing, but it's not visible as my Samsung does. And the other problems might be the fact that I bought an 2nd hand used unit, which might have been through some heavy usage, so it explains why my unit has alot of minor lag, idk this is my first Samsung phone

YJohnny, 03 Jan 2023Exynos note 20U user here, overall terrible experience.. not suitable for anyone to daily driv... moreI also have Exynos variant, and I can confirm that battery just drains too fast. It drains fast even if you are just browsing the web and watching Youtube. For example, I don't use my phone too much at work, and I let it off charger in the morning, and eight hours later with 5G turned on it drops to 60% or under with barely any usage, and signal coverage in my area is great. So yeah, if you want to game on this phone it will probably drain from 100% to 0% in an hour or so. I don't really have any other problems that you mentioned, so yeah I can't complain on camera and other stuff. If only battery was stronger Note 20 Ultra would still be a perfect phone, but in this state it's hard to recommend. I would also like to mention problem with so called "Glue gate" that is going on, and I have a bit of shadow around my front camera and top of the screen, so watch out for that since it's a known problem if you really want to pick up this phone today. I will also probably change to something else soon, since battery life just kills the whole experience for me, and charging two times a day is just not working for me.

Upgraded to this from a 2 year old Note 10 Plus.

Exynos note 20U user here, overall terrible experience.. not suitable for anyone to daily drive a Exynos variant. Been using this phone for almost a year now, the battery drainage has been worsen after the android 13 or the one ui 5 update. And the auto rotation seems to have a effing glitch after the update, nvr encountered it bfr android 13. App launching, app switching animation is much more slower and laggy, camera has a slow response to launch and capture too, not to mention the overall picture quality of the standard 12MP is average, many blurry spots and the ISO tends to over exposed almost every time. The picture in lowlight is ok ish, but i still dont like it. And the camera has a major problem which is the focusing issue, as seen on the S20 ultra, Samsung still havent fix it, it heavily affects the video filming, lowlight picture focusing, moving objects, etc. Besides that, this phone overheats alot, even with half heavy medium usage it still can get pretty warm with battery draining like water flow.. Gaming on this phone is decent, touch sensitivity is average u can miss some shots if u play pubg or moba games, and yea phone gets warm and battery drains alot. And BTW, fingerprint sensor is disgusting, I set all fingerprints with both my thumb but in the end it still doesn't recognise it, very annoying. Moreover, the WiFi data connection is average, when the WiFi line is bad, the phone disconnects itself automatically from the router. It gets frustrating over time, even when the line is medium, it can load something longer than u would've thought. I like the software of this phone tbh, it's clean, u can multitask 5 apps at once in a small window form, and many hidden features in good lock or labs, but Samsung decides to ruin it for the older models just to make the new S22 ultra feels fast and better, which hurts to see... To sum up all, just avoid the older models and the Exynos variant for good, and if you don't wanna end up like me, avoid updating ur phone's software at all cost, it's the only way to keep ur phone running smooth.

Who is better +/-?In most cases, note 20 ultra, but s21 ultra has better optical zoom and 100x digital zoom, and it also supports 120hz on QHD+, and yeah, don't care about 25w, it's not a big loss, because it's faster than 45w on s20 ultra, but I'd buy note 20 ultra

Loveforever, 15 Dec 2022Hi, Friends, is Samsung galaxy note 20 Ultra SD(865) version is working in India on 5G network.?No, it's not working. Most operators are using different 5G bands in India than in US. You need to have Exynos model, and then possibly change CSC to achieve that. With Snapdragon, I am trying right now, because the X55 modem supports it, but it's blocked.
Besides, apps like Samsung pay won't work / won't have full functionality , especially you won't get UPI with it
