Purchased Note 5 with lollipop month a back. The device is awesome, touchWiz was fluid. Yesterday I installed Marshmallow update post that the touchwiz is lagging. And also i guess fonts are not changing properly looks ugly. :(

Do you keep your Bluetooth always on throughout the day?
Do you keep your NFC always on throughout the day?
Do you keep your WiFi always on throughout the day?
Do you keep your mobile data always on throughout the day?
Do you keep your sync always on throughout the day?
Do you keep your torch always on throughout the day?
If you answer no in ANY of those, the same thing goes, you will not keep it on all the time.

Always on display need only to be switched on when you need to monitor a time like when in a meeting so it will not be obvious that you are looking at the time like turning your hand to look at the wrist watch or waking up the phone to see the time.
Just like Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, NFC, mobile data, you switch them on only when needed.

No need if you are getting less battery because something constant is draining it. Pointless if someone ALREADY has a smartwatch that tells time and notification alerts anyway.
The app by RttiLink is well received, but the complaints of battery draining seem to be a big issue. 6% an hour of draining means your battery is drained within 17 hours without doing anything else with your device.
