TheNeighbor, 22 Dec 2015They may be people who will borrow your device...I will lend them the other phone, the one without S-pen. Remember I have extra phones.
Tcool, 22 Dec 2015Only dumb people will get the S-pen stuck by inserting it backward. They may be people who will borrow your device...
Anonymous, 22 Dec 2015The samsung service ctr can do the battery replacement. Not to worryWhile making a removable battery system can entirely save you time and money going to these service centers.

But I want to move on and not get stuck with primitive phone.

DOWNGRADING to only 32 GB in most markets, with no memory expansion, fragile glass back, no more infrared remote control function, S Pen silo major design flaw, and with sealed battery are not encouraging for serious Note users.
Who can help me please,
I know the battery from the Note 5 is not changeble by common user, but my question is: the battery can't be replaced at all ? not even by authorised firms and services ? ,

I agree with him/h... moreIt really depends on your needs.
The GN4 is more suited to power users with better battery life, removable battery and a lot more storage space (up to 264GB vs 32GB or 64GB)
The GN5 looks better, is a bit quicker and has a better camera but is really a let down for many GN3/GN4 owners as it only offers the woefully inadequate 32GB in many countries.

I agree with him/her, Note 5 is a downgrade from Note 4.

You sound like you have work for them for many years. Stop trying to sell the Note3 and Note4. I see what you did there.

Reality check is our favorite local distributors are only carrying 32GB. Strange that they only offer the S6 Edge Plus with a 64GB version, and it's dual SIM. No point if it doesn't have a Wacom digitizer pen. But it doesn't mean I should settle for less features and has design flaws. If you are ok with 32GB, fragile glass back, S Pen storage flaw, no changeable battery system - Good for ya.
It's just terrible that Samsung has done something that is less for the hardcore users of the Note. I'm sending a message to Samsung to just stop the terrible onslaught of alienating their followers. The whimsical head-on competition of the iPhone is the S series. Galaxy Notes are suppose to be even better, and better than past Notes. WHY would we want to inherit the problems of iPhone users with needing to carry power packs, planting chargers everywhere, and the dire need to visit repair centers as often with broken backs, or getting your S Pen stuck the other way.
