leira, 27 Nov 2015is galaxy not 5's internal memory upgradable?(from 32g to 64)No and if you live in a country that only gets the 32GB GN5 you need to make do with constantly deleting files, cache and apps to make room on your "premium", not so smart phone.
Henrye, 27 Nov 2015I wonder how you react to Galaxy A8. It is premium with no fragile glass back. Have sd slot up... moreI already posted how the current A8 can be made with a memory expansion, but a flagship can't? If you didn't get why I'm not getting one - I want the S Pen and still a removable battery.
Besides, my Note 3 outdoes the A series. Knowing that I'll be holding on to my Note 3 until the Note 6 will be out, I've ordered 2 extended batteries of DOUBLE its original battery to 6400mAh each. I'll just cycle those two, and I don't have to change batteries during the day. I don't care about doubling the thickness because it's better than carrying a way bigger sized powerbank. I'll just have one thing to carry for my internet needs WITHOUT having to plug in and wait "under 90/120 minutes" to charge.
Meantime, I'll still be here posting the warnings for people not to buy this half-baked crap. Samsung needs to know not to make stuff like this confused with the S-series. The Galaxy Note line is suppose to be unique and powerful for the prosumer, not something to show off for the vain hipsters who uses beauty face camera functions, and tell how it's the fastest phone, and yet bring along powerbank/charger/charging pad, and a wireless HDD to keep things going.
Its been a week i have been using note 5 in india i must say its the best phone i have used till now, i had note 4 before, no complaints at all battery is atleast 4hrs screen on time. The best part is that it doesnt heat up at all.

Anyways .are u planning to arrange a party and play music with a smartphone? Lol.

AnonD-293746, 27 Nov 2015I am recieving some 88 MB update now in UAEProbably to fix the issues of multi-tasking glitches and hanging.
It's true, Allen - my colleague complains of weekly hanging of her Galaxy Note.5. After loosing her Note 3, and getting a Note.5, thinking it should be better - she's really dissapointed to find out 32GB isn't enough to store her photos.

I tend to agree with this video review of the Note.5:

What used to be no other type of device in the market catering to the "prosumers" has been castrated by Samsung, mixing it up and confusing it with the S series. That ability to be able to use it like a SSD on the go with a 128/200GB of microSD card was something we can use - and only to be selling the 32GB version in most countries isn't helping.
Samsung has now created a vacum of what it originally a category for power users like me. If only LG has an active digitizer pen, I'd go out and get one than this excuse of a Galaxy Note.

Yes U guessed right
we need note 6 with memory slot
Note 5 is best but no extra memory
Slot so we dont like
TheNeighbor, 27 Nov 2015Good point right there. It's weird that old and low end models actually have MORE features, ef... moreI wonder how you react to Galaxy A8. It is premium with no fragile glass back. Have sd slot up to 128gb. It have more feature and less expensive. No wireless charging that you assumed could damage your phone. No fast charging. No spen that can be inserted wrongly. It is practically your dream smartphone. Top of that, GA8 have slightly(just a pinch) bigger battery. The rest of the specs are more or less the same as Note5. You will love it.
seems like a lot of concern about removeable battery. but I had used note 2 with extra battery and battery charger. I would say it is quite an hassle and not really practical for myself. the cost the buying extra battery and charger is not cheap also so it may not be such a big different if one day the non-removeable battery need to be replaced
Its ridiculous my iPhone 4 sealed battery is still giving me a day usuage. No need to replace, occured, then why cry for N5. Would you all talk about new tecnicalities, than sd slot & battery. Otherwise wait outside!

Wow, the latest device can't do or have stuff than older or lower end devices? It sure has the fastest processor and internal memory, but only 32GB? - I have 32 +128 GB with my 2-year-old Note 3.
You have fast wireless charging and wait "under 90 MINUTES", while I get full charge in under 90 SECONDS by swapping batteries.
While you carry powerbanks to charge at least 2 hours during your walking hours, I carry only a spare battery that's only 20% of its volume, and don't have to wait for my phone to be powered up.
While you claim that fragile glass back to be "premium", the back of my Note 3 will never shatter with one drop.
While you boast about the latest S Pen has a clicking end and cool flushed storage, it's grossly flawed with the silo storage if you accidentally put it in the wrong way. I can remove my S Pen with one swift pull, while you have to push first, and then pull - two motions versus one motion.
Oh no, it's not about budget that I'm not getting the Note.5 - my Note 3 totally does for my needs way MORE. Why would I get something that does way LESS than what I have now?
Samsung should reconsider more innovative and more features compared to old and lower end devices. What they're doing now is just aligning to the limitations and blandness of features of the competition.
