Not able to use JIO sim with out... moreyou need to checked if the phone is ready to used or converted to a local or domestic used.. like for an example in USA the phone must be disable the international roaming so you can used it in ASIA or MIDDLE EAST..soo take a look if the phone is capable to used in your local/country and kindly checked as well if the sim is compatible on the device...
