AnonD-100398, 25 Sep 2015Strange! 1st u r talking abt 64gb as a joke and then down below u r calculating ur numbers acc... moreWhats strange about what i said, I have have always said that 64GB is pathetic and should not be the maximum storage on a premium phone (I'm not saying that everyone needs more than 64GB).
I only just realised today (after reading the gizmodo article) that the 64GB version isn't even available for Australian frequencies.... the max 32GB simply makes Samsungs decision even more pathetic.
AnonD-100398, 25 Sep 2015Strange! 1st u r talking abt 64gb as a joke and then down below u r calculating ur numbers acc... moreRare? Your "99%" is based on your imagination. You haven't stated any factuals at all.
More than half of people care about user battery replacements:
More than half again expressed memory expansion as important:
The Note.5 is headed for a flop, just like the S6/S6 Edge.
Note 5 no doubt. Don't even bother about Iphone 6. It can't compare to the all powerful Galaxy Note 5.
If your phone usage is simple, buy IPhone 6. It has great feel and smooth simple operations.
If your usage is more comprehensive, than buy 100% Note 5. It has got all that a phone can do.
Disclaimer: I have been using IP^, Note 4, Galaxy Edge and I got my Note 5 just today
Better you take note5 because note 5 have good display, best camera, good battery life, smooth than note 4,large storage than ip6,4k video recording, good for gaming, great multitasking anf etc.If you buy an ip6 you will regrets because ip6 16gb storage for 700$,low resolution, low battery life, sucks in durability than note 5,s6 edge,s6,s6 edge+.Terrible front facing camera and etc
guys... wanna have some opinion on ip6 and note 5.. which phone is worth to buy?? pls advice me thx
brian, 25 Sep 2015i stay with note 4 it is much or less the same old spec.with less cost.Same here, mate! :)
i stay with note 4 it is much or less the same old spec.with less cost.
AnonD-77443, 25 Sep 2015Lol, we don't even have a 64GB Edge+ here... only 32GB. Read the comments on the gizmodo link ... morePretty much the same negative sentiments for countries which do not have extremely reliable LTE services. Everywhere else isn't South Korea with ludicrous internet speeds that I don't need memory expansion.
One more thing all those cheap looking samsung smartphones i bought had a very good plastic material overall good plastic build quality along with the charger and headphones came along with the phones.
Even with that kind of good material they still use to look like a cheap plastic smartphones and thats what i did not like and i bet along with me most other samsung smartphone users either .and j guess that is why samsung fixed this issue with there new crop of smartphones like s6 , s6 edge, note5 & s6 edge+ which has overall metal & premium looking built .
TheNeighbor, 24 Sep 2015Wow, listen to yourself - as if you aren't currently using the Note 2. Now that is hypocritical.Read my reply to "Anonymous" u will get the answer of ur question lol again try harder next time.:p
Anonymous, 24 Sep 2015NOTE 5 is for gilr..fragile n shinning is only for girly..NOTE 4 is for man..abit weight n sta... moreNo one is crying here dude lol . I have NO SHAME in saying that my s2, note2, note3 STILL have cheap plastic construction ( so does the note4) which i do not like even though i bought them cause thats the fact , moreover matters goes even worse if u compair these plastic smartphones with the likes of htc, sony, iphones flagship smartphones ,
dont get me wrong i loved (& still love) the best futureproofing specs these plastic smartphones had when they were launched i.e i bought them but i always wanted all those best specs in a premium looking device. This time around samsung got it right atleast for me and for users who had the same thinking like me.
All the very best! Enjoy.
The most decent phone nowadays is samsung galaxy note 4. It is an excellent phone which beats all other phones event the phones which samsung is going to release for the next 2 years. So whoever wants the best phone with them for the next 3 years grab note 4. You will be the happiest person. I have used all the phones till date but note 4 is the amazing one. S6 is the phone i could not bear it for 2 days. Note 4 is excellent in all aspects battery, display, speed etc. No complaints at all in fact i would like to thank samsung for making such a good phone and advice them stop making craps and make phone like note 4. Thank you.
AnonD-77443, 25 Sep 2015If they had 128GB inbuilt i would consider the GN5 (even without SD and removable battery)....... moreStrange! 1st u r talking abt 64gb as a joke and then down below u r calculating ur numbers according to the 32gb storage lol make up ur mind 1st, or i guess u were trying to say that 32gb is a joke which even i can understand but 64gb is not a joke dude maybe for u even 64gb is joke but for almost 99% of best smartphone users 64gb is not a joke and is more than enough this also includes the 99% of heavy smartphone users , the remaining 1% which includes ppl like u,r very rare :) but even then i understand ur situation so don't think that i am trying to fight with you. :)
AnonD-213583, 25 Sep 2015But I bet the Note 5 has much more features and can do more than an iPhone can :)Yeh man,It ain't perfect but there is just no other smartphone better than the Note5 in looks, performance, speed, camera etc
& The very important thing easily available samsung service centers which u dont have to see much cause i have been using Galaxy s2, note2, note3 and bought all of them asap they were launched , even the galaxy s2 has never seen the service center and its still working like a pro, i did'nt even had to replace the battery.
only note2 had a screen burn in but samsung replaced the screen without any extra charges and that too with a superfast delivery .
This time around samsung has fixed the my only gripe with all the samsung smartphones i.e plastic build and no premium looks .i.e bought the note5 asap its launched.
I might sound like a samsung fanboy or a samsung rep,but trust me i am just sharing my personal experience and yes i can also understand that there cud b ppl which had bad customer experince with samsung.but hey samsung was best for me so far :)
Btw note5 is even better than its expensive sibling the s6 edge+.if u see the overall qualities. so did'nt have much confusion while deciding which one to go far ..what to say more.ppl just go for note5 if u want the best smartphone at the moment or wait for the upcoming s7 or lg g5 , htc m9 , xperia z6..zzzzzzzzzzzz....lol
TheNeighbor, 25 Sep 2015Same thing to what's happening - only 32GB version available, even for duos version. Strangely... moreLol, we don't even have a 64GB Edge+ here... only 32GB. Read the comments on the gizmodo link i posted... there are a lot of people who are filthy about the small storage and no sd cards.
AnonD-77443, 25 Sep 2015If they had 128GB inbuilt i would consider the GN5 (even without SD and removable battery)....... moreSame thing to what's happening - only 32GB version available, even for duos version. Strangely, 64GB version for the Edge Plus is available - for over US$1000!!!
I don't know what the Samsung execs are all thinking this year. I hope they have low sales this coming Q4 again to really know what we think about their silly direction to target iPhone users and cloud service dependency.
jithu, 24 Sep 201532/64GB storage, no card slot If they had 128GB inbuilt i would consider the GN5 (even without SD and removable battery).... 64GB is simply a joke and to make matters worse.... Samsung is only releasing a 32GB version for Australian frequencies.... WTF? After the OS i would be left with a bit over 20GB of storage.
