tumama, 28 Sep 2015apple is apple If you don't like the note 5 simple don't come to this post and talk bad about ... moreI'm a big Galaxy Note fan. I own 4 of them (1,2,3 and 8). Without the replaceable battery, the 8 has been pretty difficult to use as I have to keep plugging it after 2-3 hours of working with it, giving me about 3-4 hours of total screen time. I keep this at home now. It's the same SOT as the reported by Note.5 users, and I have an idea how much I'll be plugging it like what iPhone users have been enduring all these years - I've seen it with my workplace which has 60% Apple users. They lug around powerbanks all the time.
They have to turn off notifications, Bluetooth, WiFi when not needed - I don't as I'm NOT an underpowered user, and my Galaxy Notes 1, 2 and 3 have given me worries-less 12 hours usage, with ZERO plug in time because I can swap batteries. I've used my Galaxy Notes to present slides and drawing demonstrations casted on projectors and TV screens using a Google, and drains my battery after 4 hours.
Couple that with the flawed S Pen silo, no memory expansion, and fragile glass back - so you underpowered users say that this is the the best thing ever? This is the direction Samsung is listening to? A flawed, less features, more breakable device? I say F*** that. Samsung, bring back what made the Galaxy Note the best in the market - reliable, versatile and capable. Not an underpowered iPhone users come-on.

13 million iPhone 6Ss... Apple sold that much last weekend. Samsung, you failed trying to get iPhone users by watering down features of the Galaxy S & Note series so they can relate.
Instead, you even alienated your strong buyers like me from getting your latest Note. They like their iOS. They don't care about fast wireless charging, nor care about wired fast charging, glass back, and 3D touch, 4k video, pink color and the poor 12MP got them all hyped. Your early selling date did nothing.
Now there's less people getting your latest Note, and directed to get other brands with removable battery and memory expansion slots. Even with the powerful processor on board, we perceived it as lesser, even more with the S Pen silo flaw.
Hello guys, can i ask about speaker on note 5 is loud?

If there was one country where cloud wasn't suited it would have to be Australia.. only the citys and big towns have 4G.... data is expensive everywhere and coverage is very patch in the bush.
Obviously its a decision made by someone in a suit sitting in a high rise in Seoul.
too much expensive with limited apps n softwares whats new in it m using note 4 n really now regret for taking that much expensive fone which wrth really half of the price
AnonD-77443, 28 Sep 2015The GN5 has less storage, less battery and is more fragile... that isn't "flawed opinion"....... moreAustralia? I thought most aussie loves iphones. Never knew you guys use android phone too. Maybe the demand of android is low in Australia. That is why you get 32gb version only.

Oz85, 28 Sep 2015waterproofing? are you kidding? no any note was waterproofing, come on!I thought it was like galaxy s5 my bad, I didn't know all the details about it. Still this doesn't make note 5 any more durable. S4 is still the best note device no matter.
note 5 is the very worst phone in the world & poor battery back up only 1 hour to use the internet battery low symble 4 gb ram but not use full hanging complaint
been to a samsung sales training here in UAE. You can never satisfy a consumer. they will keep on asking more features infinite. The one you are expecting would be on note 6! :D . one thing for sure this is still the latest flagship and it's an amazing phone.peace

In Australia we can only get the 32GB version... check out Samsungs facebook page and you can see the backlash.
TheNeighbor, 27 Sep 2015Because it has less features, more fragile, and flawed S Pen silo design. Why I shouldn't listen to TheNeighbor? Because he has less to talk about, more annoyance and flawed opinion. Note5 still the best.
Seeing that sammy abandoned microsd slot and waterproofing that the previous note had, I can't see this device as evolution. Yeah it's faster and has a better camera but whatever. It's lost it's durability and the microsd slot.. so thanks but samsung.. go and see If I'm coming.
skendy87, 27 Sep 2015The same design from 3 generations I'm not a fan of the GN5 but its nothing like GN3 or even the GN4... what do you expect, a circular, triangle or square shape?? Maybe you think that the screen size should blindly increase each year? 5.7" is a sweet spot to remain pocketable.
That said, the storage (max 32GB in Australia) is pathetic. Bring out 128GB (or add a micro SD slot) and i will get it tomorrow.
