Even i thought to wait for sony X5 premium but its screen size is just 5.5 " and did not like the lack of OIS and the fact that it is also going to come with the overheating sd810.
But yes next xperia Ultra is going to rock the year 2016.only if sony makes no mistake like omitting the flash light.lol

after a lot of fuzz and speculations i've ordered a note 5, not impressed by the phone though still a note is a note, very powerful and performance rich device... planned to buy ip6s+ but moving to apple after using note will only downgrade and limit my usage... also there is no any other phone which can stand against the note 5 right now so i guess i made the right choice...

AnonD-213583, 11 Sep 2015Waiting for my Note 5 Gold Platinum, can't wait =] (switching from LG G2) - had for two years... moreYes note5 is quoted to have 85 hours of endurence on a average use. Thats a big achievement considering that its only got 3000 mah power this also shows how much efficient the new Li-Po battery & the new Super Amoled screen has become.U also have the option to use the Ultra power saving mode for more endurence :)
Btw i also can't wait to get my 64gb gold platinum note5.

I don't think the battery capacity on the 5 Note will be an issue, my LG G2 has the same 3000mAh, (no removable battery) and it still rocking good for just over a day on full charge.
I believe by that timeframe most people would be back at home from work, school etc and you'd be able to recharge it again.
Even by that time if the battery does become much degraded (probably 2-3 years) I believe so many people will already be upgrading again.

Im using note 3 until something better comes along with memory card slot. I might be able get used to non removable battery. But memory card is a must. If samsung keep going in this direction then il move to another brand!

Was looking forward to buying note 5. But with no sd slot or non removable battery its dissapointing for me personally. I like memory card option. But it is an attractive phone i have to admit:)

removable battery = play with phone root brick unbrick etc. and user replace it. if needs can have 2 on travels.
non-removable = playing more risk. better quality bulid in. and u cant replace it but u should have some shop to fix phones. they open the phone and place new battery. u dont need to get new note5.

I really love the ergonomic design of Note5 but hate it's limited memory options. 32GB is to small for such a feature packed device esp with amazing s pen. Cloud storage or USB OTG is not really a solution, fixed battery is acceptable but having no option to expand the storage is not. It's a shame that most Android phones still provide such option while Samsung just consciously removed it.
