It's not about brain. It's about safety.
Think you buy such a high end smartphone, but have problem in it's design.
Is it worth? Many manufacturer know about this, they should check their device with Drop Testing, Speed Testing, etc. Included Spen.
When a new car is released. In it's process it's had been tested. So it didn't give any harm while the customer give a ride at it. It's the basic test.
Will you ride a plane if it's jet have a problem? It should be tested before customer use it.

vinod verma, 09 Sep 2015the major disopointment is lack of memory card slot. No SD card is a really strange move, especially when the max storage is 64GB. I have 8 friends with Note 3 or Note 4 phones. Not 1 is upgrading, the main reason is storage, the second is battery life/no removable battery.

As long as it has no SD card I will pass. My Note 4 developed a problem recently with the USB port and I could not charge or even back up my data. I would have lost a lot more if not for the SD card. So Samsung think again!!!

Nice phone from Samsung. But I have heard there are problems with inserting and removing the Stylus pen. However I want you guys to know that you will be talking about my premium smartphones in future. A new generation of handheld computers will be manufactured by me. I am a Ghanaian.

Anonymous, 09 Sep 2015The back panel IS gorilla glass 4. And gorilla glass 4 is not crack-proof.You don't know the different between Gorilla Glass 3 and Gorilla Glass 4?
The different is in "Crack". that's right what are you talking right before,..
Gorilla Glass 3 is scratch resistant more can hold scratch from the previous Gorilla Glass 2.
Gorilla Glass 4 is unique a "bit". Gorilla Glass 4 is more elastic than the previous Gorilla Glass 3. With it's elasticity it won't crack easily like Gorilla Glass 3.
At least Gorilla Glass 4 won't crack easily as easy as normal glass. :)

Way back then we use to carry flash drives. After the card slots which can now accomodate a 128gb micro sd, flash drives are now things of yesterdays. We practically store everything now in our cell, but with the absence of the card slot i will now have to settle for the Sony Z Series. Good bye Samsung notes!

What we are talking is battery degradation. The battery is degraded so removable battery is the best thing.

The complicated programming will show on your screen if you put the spen backward.
It's more complicated than new 6 spen menu's or black screen write. It's very unique and at the top of all thing even scroll capture can't be compared with it. :)

The battery is better in overall performance than the Note 4 or the Note 3. And I have used all the Note series including the Note 3 Neo.I'm not talking about using powerbank or carrying extra batteries.

i don't know why people came on these sites and talk rubbish. i have owned all the Notes and have owned some iPhones and I'm currently using a note 5 and i love it. Design is great, battery over a day easy (really heavy user) and the new pen features work wonders etc..

The NOTE 5 IS an amazing phone been using it for more than a week now and absolutely no lagging or hanging issues the battery is easily lasting the whole day and I play with my phone a lot the best phone ever apple iPhone 6s and 6splus will be no match
