You cannot handle mighty note 5.
I'm using note 5 from 7 or 8 months but never face fingerprint issue.

Ok so my phone died and turns off right? So I charge it, but it shows the battery symbol with the bolt symbol flashing on and off (this has been going on the past 3 hours) won't turn on, and the worst part ITS NOT EVEN CHARGING!
