Why would samsung take away features that were already on Their phones previously with a new software update?? Seriously. I paid too much money for this phone and it's already installed features to just lose them with updates. Does this happen with every update if so let me know now cause I'm already having to go back to a darn iPhone cause since the update my phone is not working proverly and features are gone.
Best phone I ever had until about 3 weeks ago when it did a software update and took away the motions and sounds from the lock screen which was really cool and one of the reasons I got the phonemail to start with. I think they should not take away features that you already have on any phone oright whend they do software updates unlesso they are harmful to the phone or not working properly which wasn't the case with the phone or this feature. Also since the update my phone just opens things by itself and just goes off and on and freezes. I really wish that they would have left the immaculate phone alone and now they have really made it not so good. I really do not like an apple phone but it's the only one the 6 S plus that is even close to this note 5 in comparison. I really wish samsung would rethink their software update they just did or at least add back the features it took away cause that is just wrong. Guess I will be switching back to an apple iPhone thanks Samsung for taking a phone I loved and used daily and even bought a gear s2 watch to go with it and taking away my features and adding stuff that isn't working right. I hope you rethink this. Hello darn iPhone again I have no choice.

I have purchased Note 5 duos 3 months back. I am facing the problem of hanging and automatically restarting at any time.

If its only 1 phone number which is giving you echo then most probebly the problem will be with that other person's phone.
Can someone help me..I have problem with echo..When speak with someone they hear them self dont last long and oll the time but its annoying...on s4 solution is to turn off Noise reduction but there is no one on Note 5....i use 6.0.1...Thank you
I own that fantastic handset but am unable to transfer pictures from phone to pc can you assist please.
My wife is using Note 5 (Exynos version) for past 6 months. I liked the phone hence purchased it. Earlier I was using Mate 8, but then Note 5 screen and S-Pen attracted me to buy this. But now I am feeling disappointed due to its battery backup. I bought it yesterday, and charged it to 100%, then went ahead with apps installation and phone configuration, the battery went down below 40% in no time. I thought it is because I am continuously using it, I charged it again to 100% this morning and unplugged it at 9AM, by 2:30PM, it is gown down again to 40% with just 1 hour of screen on time. I then checked with my wife about her feedback on her devices, she said the same thing that the battery is not good. I am wondering why people all over boasting about its battery backup. This is my 2nd experience with Note, earlier I had Note 4 (Exynos version) but I changed it because of battery problem and bought Mate 8. Could you guys comment?
AnonD-553158, 13 Jul 2016Hey there, went for the note 5. Brilliant phone. Thanks for the advice Welcome to the note5 family bro and yes the camera is excellent on Note5 be it photos or videos .screen is also the best in market Yah the phone looks a little fragile from back but dont worry it is a gorilla glass from back so it wont shatter so easily i used it without any case for 5 to 6 months and it has a few drops but it still servived and the glass back is also needed for wireless charging which is very good feature however you cud get few good quality cases from spigen etc many also support wireless charging with the case on .btw Congrats for your purchase.

Can anybody help ??
Hi all. I'm seeing a lot of people asking the same question I did a few weeks ago.
Should I get the note 5 or something else?
Well I was stuck between getting the note 5 or the A7 2016 amongst other choices and in the end I went for the note 5 duos and I don't regret it.
Well worth the money and I would recommend to anyone that is considering a phone go for the note 5.
The camera is excellent and the screen graphics are amazing. The battery last me about 2 - 3 days with moderate use. It feels a little fragile in the hand but also comfortable. I have put on a pouch just to safe.
Very good phone and we'll worth the money
Thanks to all who helped me decide.
samsung fanatics, 26 Jun 2016don't get confused, buy a note 5, and you'll never regret.Hello, well I took your guys advice and got the note 5 duos.
