Have had the N5 for 8 months now. Very happy. Have owned N3 and N4. This N5 is the best phone I've ever owned. Obviously there will always be something better. But for me I will keep this one for at least another year.

No one is forced to upgrade their GN5 but as an "upgrade" on the GN4 it was marginal as best..... unless you buy phones for their looks.
THE GN6 WILL BE BIGGER AND BETTER IN EVERY AREA! Samsung knows the GN5 wasn't.

The micro SD card will be back on the GN6 but the removable battery probably won't. However, it looks like they will give the battery capacity a big bump which will satisfy most users.
Anyone looking at the Note 5.... do yourself a favor and wait a couple of months for the GN6 to fix these problems.... bigger, better everything :-)

Comments are not going to be the best. Had one for six months now. The battery hold is horrible. At times only good for three hours... Now I would like to say whenc I had a note 3. My two favorite features were the micro sad card,..which this does not have. And the battery was easily removed and I had. Three of em so always had a charged phone. Behind internal battery thing is horrible. Dead phone is dead phone. No battery swap and go on your way. I am sorry my review cannot be kinder. But when s phone is hundreds of dollars I expect the battery to loads longer than three hours! Among other things. That is a huge priority for the phone functioning...

Dear friends, I am most grateful for all your below advice, it has really made my day a lot.
Also, I want to ask you again as you have more experience in Note series. Please, about the Note single SIM and the Duos, which one do you prefer most. I think if it's a Duos, you will be able to use a double SIM in a single phone. So, Single and Dous which is more better.

What are you trying to do? You think you can get Note 4 cheaper because of this? But you do realized it is quite outdated and better option with similar price also exist.

Kevin, 19 May 2016worst battery..better only use at home with fast charges...if at outside, very hard to charge..suckIt means note 3 was the last one with great battery life(have it for more than 2 years and battery is still awesome); why did they go with 2k screen,we ll never have awesome battery again.

After 5 months of using my note5, now its over heating using mobile data connection even it is on idle and its on your pocket, and the battery getting drop down very fast. But when i'm on wifi connection it is normal. Please help

IMO opinion, anyone planning to buy the GN5 should ditch that idea. We are getting the GN6 this August. Just hold onto your current phones. August will come sooner than you think. Plus the GN6 is coming with Android N.

I'll be ditching my GN4 when the GN6 is out. Don't buy the GN4 When we are so close to getting GN6.GN6 Will come with the new Android N. Buying the GN4 won't be a good decision.
