Samsung India Samsung Mobile India Do you have no control on the quality of services your service centers offer or are they just extortion centers now? We just received the crappiest service from your service center No. 007357800 in Gurgaon. My sister bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920G in December 2015 and in May 2016, it's home button stopped working after falling from a 3 feet height. She took it to the center and received it back 2 days later, DEAD and with BROKEN back glass. The service center engineers accepted that they broke the glass, but they claim the phone got damaged due to water, which is BS because the phone never fell in the water. Now after 5 months, the phone is still not repaired. They couldn't even find the phone when asked for it. And now they are asking for more than 22k to repair the phone, that was still in warranty when brought to them and was fraudulently damaged. The customer care says they can't help my sister and want to talk to the store manager. The store manager claims he is too sick to talk to the customer care and basically doesn't give a damn about the whole issue. Please look into the matter and get your center in line with the quality you claim you provide your consumers.

I bought Note 5 duos three months back and from then my problem started with basic functionality of phone. Phone has very low signal reception capability. When I use two sims, both will go into unregistered network which forces me to restart the phone. The problem of one sim working in 4g and another in 2g is always there. What is the use of having high end features like fingerprint recog, camera, high ram etc when the basic function doesnt work properly. Service center was also not able to help. I was a loyal customer to Samsung right from their introduction of Note series. But now this will be my last phone and I will never go with Samsung anymore. why pay so much for a phone which has so manys technical design constraints with network reception? Duos is a waste. I should have at least gone with single sim...big mistake made..No support from Samsung for replacing the phone..

KRG, 16 Jun 2016I want to buy note 5 duos 64gb...but by reading such type of problems in note 5 duos...so shou... moremost of the problems related to the OS not the dual sim, so samsung should solve the issue of the uupgrading,
no differance in problems between single and dual sim
