It's not Hong Kong version (right version for HK is SM-N9200), it's Taiwan, Philipines, Malaysia version. Please change taht, it's confused for peoples on the way to find updates for their phones, that can do big problems like brick/dead phones. Thanks.
AnonD-525161, 10 May 2016So friends please advise me if I should upgrade to MM or stay with lollipop?I would suggest you to Go for MM. It will actually make your device really fast , and your figerprint also. I have made my one MM, I didnt faced the battery issue or the network issues. Its Awesome in one word.
So friends please advise me if I should upgrade to MM or stay with lollipop?
Post MM issues - try disabling SVoice after clearing cache. Wait 2 to 3 battery charge cycles. Battery life improves and is better than Lollipop.
You can use only one 3G network on one sim.Dual sim doesn't work 3G at a time. In that case Internet gets slow on the 2G sim slot.

But as is a major upgrade, so I did a full reset and reinstalled all apps.
Battery life is better. Phone is smoother than before. No issues with wifi or 4G

I'm from the UAE and you FD received updated Almarchimilo of about 3 weeks now, the devices receives a new update to perhaps improve the performance of the device update within the limits of 348 MB We pray to God to be a good update and avoids all the previous disadvantages -Are happened with anyone before this amendment and what are the Results?
Bought the Note 5 Duos about a week ago, upgraded to MM about a couple of days ago. Reset the device via Recovery and got the battery lasted about 1D 6Hrs XXMin. Wi-Fi tends to dropout now and then.. Hopefully Sammy would come up with a fix to this 'debacle'. No problem getting 4G/LTE though. Currently using only one SIM. Not intending to use a 2nd. If Sammy 'deliberately' breaks the Note 5 in order to sell S7 or S7 Edge. I would buy a Nexus instead and use the Note as my multimedia unit for playing songs to my ICE, camera, do my work using PowerPoint and Word and Web browsing. If not, it'll be one expensive paperweight!
I think samsung is spoiling note5 duos with android MM update. Everyone is complaining about network connection problem after MM update... May be samsung wants us to throw note5 duos away to buy s7....and if that is the case the will do the same thing to s7 duos when note6 arrives
