I have just purchased sm-9208 but noy getting lte option...just 2g and 3g...anyone please help how to get lte working...thanx in advance

Hello,
I have purchase the Note 5 Dual SIM. My understanding is that both SIM's are active, one in 4G and the other in 2G.
My understanding is that means I can only use data from the 4G sim (emails, browsing +Phone and text) and that the 2 G SIM should support Phone and text only.
My issue is that I am able to receive calls and text sent to either SIM, but if I try to make a call or send a text I am only able to do it from the 4G SIM. If I try to go it from the 2G SIM I get the following error "Mobile network not available".
It is not an issue with the SIM card as I can switch them back and forth and both work fine in the 4G slot.
Can anyone offer advice?

Anonymous, 31 Dec 2015Umm I guess it isn't usb 3.0 supported, or am i wrong about that?it doesnt show anywhere but the transfer speed is really fast.much faster compared to when using my SanDisk USB 2.0 OTG.

AnonD-479962, 24 Dec 2015Yesterday, my note 5 duos fell form 2.5 ft high of the floor. Instantly the display is not fun... morehmmm you have bad luck lols.i did toss my note5 to asphalt for more than 5 times and yes the screen crack but everything else works fine.

[deleted post]Which model do you have? If its a carrier locked then you will need to unlock it first. If you have international version it'll work all over the world.
