I did told thier GM i have face 2 issue of my note 5. 1st keyboard lag & 2nd wifi issue, i ask them make report & send it to HQ, let them know this is very serious issue & should happen to note 5, even my note 4 not have such of issue. So i suggest you bring back to service center see what happen with you note 5.

Have you send it back to samsung servi... moreI did not send it to samsung service but i update it with the newer version of software (latest updates of lolipop of Malaysia). But still i faceing same problem. There is no WiFi problem on it. But data communication through network is very poor.

BEST PHONE that i ever had this year. but the S Pen sensor now is broken due to my fault insert it backwards stuck at the middle trying to pull it out.huhuu. but so far this phone is awesome.

I recently buy galaxy Note 5. It is a nice phone and better than note 4. But I am facing networking problem on it. Its dual sim does not work properly at a time. When you go into a poor networking area it does not work like other mid range phone i.e. galaxy J5, HTC Desire (I used both and compared with note 5). J5 works nicely. I think J5 is the best phone of samsung company ever made. Samsung galaxy S6, S6 edge also have the same problems. I had bought a S6 edge, facing problems and sold it after that bought a S6 and facing the same problems and also sold it. Now I am thinking I shall not buy any samsung mobile but I cannot leave it because no other company give the back, home @ another button on the down side of the mobile. Other companies place them on the display panel and I dislike these.

I had my mobile data turned off and got connected to wifi at home suddenly i was charged for using mobile data. Pls fix this asap. I have to disable my mobile data settings.
