i am not to save google images in my note5 duos. If any body knows please explain procedure.

i have a problem with the note 5 duos, i am not sure if any of you guys face it,
i face a network hanging issue, however the phone itself working properly but both Data and Voice stop working until i go to mobile setting and change the network preference from LTE/3G/2G to 3G/2G then i back again to 4G/3G/2G
Please let me know if any of you face this issue
