This phone is great... Yeah... Almost... Updating it to the latest version to fix some bugs doesn't really do the job.. Instead of getting rid, it created a bug. XD WiFi issue... At first connect you can use the full speed of the WiFi, but when you turn it off and then ON again, the speed is less than 1MBPS (Cool). The only fix is to forget the WiFi and reconnect to it (Kinda CRAZY feature)... Also the battery SUCKS.... And a flagship phone that doesn't have a memory card... You cannot activate the ALWAYS ON feature of the 2 SIM CARDS if you are using a different SIM CARD for each slot (AMAZING).... It's actually cool and a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT... Just wait for the Note 8 instead of buying this trash (Waste of Money)

each time I update system software, the proximity sensor stops working properly, had to take to service center twice. Not sure if this is software bug or hardware issue.

it a great and wonderful unit
only problem i had were even it a very expensive device but screen quality wise very lousy in a sense very fragile easier damage and costly to repair

Note 5 is one of my best phone so far.. since I bought it till now no issues. Awesome phone it's makes my work easier. The camera too is good, the only thing i regret, is no memory extension. Am stocked at 32g inbuilt memory no more no less..

latest update of note 5 created a problem the screen goes black it does not respond i can not shut it down and after a minute or less it comes back again

It supports VOLTE by default. Change your sim card with another lte sim card and check.

Been using this phone since last October,it fell like on a wooden floor and the screen turned purple. Broke from the inside i was told,not even the glass screen was scratched.It took them a month to get repair by samsung UAE. It then fell again after 3 weeks. Same thing happened again.. Be very careful with this phone, It's so fragile..

Bought 2 weeks.
This is my finding: great to hold but its too big for asian people. Even the size is slim 5.7 but when u put case, hard to operate in single hand. I guess this not a problem if u're Europeans . 2nd is no memory slot. When u bought 32gb version, almost 9gb done for os itself....haha. 3rd batery can hold almost 1day only. Suppose to put more effort since this is flagship phone for note series. Otherwise is perfect. I think most asian suppose to go max size 5.5inch. 5inci screen is perfect for most market.
