Aadrian, 22 Jan 2020I got the January patch today, it was about 511MB in size. Please let me know about January patch mine is showing 581.7MB But want to know atleast 2-3 views/ comments before updating because after many updates+battery resets atlast i have got my battery timing to be very good now afraid of further updating
This is no doubt a wonderful phone even today.
Unfortunately, all the sensor on mine(except fingerprint sensor) is not working. A search on google and you will find many other people with the same or similar issues on this phone after receiving their Oreo updates(some happened after Pie). Samsung kept quiet about this issue and only offered a solution which is to replace the motherboard. For those fortunate to have warranty on their devices congratulations. What about those who don't?. Motherboard replacement cost a bomb. Now I have a retarded flagship that I can't even take pictures right.
Its mind boggling to think that a software update can cause hardware issues.
Very disappointing and probably my last Samsung device.

Just got my self a used Note8...even though it's a device from 2017 but still solid! Most satisfying extra is the S-Pen and also great AMOLED display. Totally no regret getting one. Better than any latest mid-tiers out there which cost the same.
Guys.. There is a WiFi-Calling feature being launched in India, and I don't see the options to enable. I browsed and find some you-tubers showing option to enable, but I don't find them when I open the settings. Can anyone confirm if Note 8 supports or not?
