The best is a very good film like the old ones that protect it from scratches and a good case which is high from the edges

Generic ones have adhesive only on the edges with the middle area has air space.
You can see reviews from YouTube.

LOL! The wireless charging pad will not be turned on until you put the phone on it.
It automatically switch off when the phone is removed.
Educate yourself professor.
In what era do you exist?
There is another thing I have forgotten to mention. ItÂ’s sad that the Note 8 didnÂ’t come with Oreo, common, Samsung caliber company; while some lesser companies came up with their phones Oreo installed. You, Samsung, stop sabotaging yourself. You make great product and then you screw it up by not paying attention to customer complaint; position of the fingerprint, exploding battery and in case of Note 8 the software shortcomings.

Reviews of it are out, and meticulous reviewers are showing us that the perimeter adhesive aren't sticking on the corners. There's a gap of air between the glass and screen that creates clicking noise when you are pressing. I'm saving my $35 FROM ever buying it.
As I've mentioned, it's Whitestone Glass for me.
Yeah that was the first thing I did as well but somehow gsmarena deleted my comment about this added feature.

The Otterbox case is the ultimate for protection as I have experienced their cases in the past, only issue is that with this design, even them couldn't figure out a way to integrate an INBUILT screen protector. The Alfa Glass from them, I'm told is a separate purchase

Anonymous, 09 Oct 2017any tempered glass ?I'm not a fan of tempered glass as they have gaps with rainbow effects and side adhesives don't stick after some time. OtterBox's Aplha Glass has been rated as one of the worst.
I am considering the Whitestone Dome Glass that offers zero gaps between the cover and the screen. It's sealed with a liquid adhesive that's cured with a UV light. It's $55 - rather expensive but the best as there are no micro dots, no gaps for dust to go in, case-friendly, and with all the alignment tool, extra adhesive and curing UV light device.
So far, reviews are telling us that this glass protector has no issues disrupting the S Pen. I'm getting it for added protection against head on collision on the screen like stones on the ground.
