I have been having my galaxy 10.1 for two years and never had any problems. my 10. 1 is not charging while on. what could be the problem?

I was very desperate about updating my galxy note 10.1 n8000 to kitkat because i didn't get the update through OTA so, i searched on google for how to update galaxy note 10.1 to 4.4.2 and i successfully updated my glaxy note 10.1 n8000 to kitkat through this guide,

I absolutely love this behemoth machine, it's got an S Pen, which is the best Samsung can offer, loud speakers, good enough camera to see, Processor of a Galaxy S3, got it second hand for 500, totally worth it, better than Tab 2 10.1 X9999

Mine doesn't support sim card.. I inserted a registered sim card but the network wasn't detecting. Only telling me no registration on this network. Have tried several ways but to no avail. PLS I need someone's help on how to go about it.. Cos it of no use 2 me without sim card.

Anonymous, 28 Aug 2015It doesn't seem to support whatsapp. Can something be done about itWhatsapp is a phone app and you need to have a sim card registered in it.
There is a way around it by downloading the apk from the web instead of play store but you can only have the 1 acct linked to 1 device at a time.

My sumsung 10.1 dropped and the screen resolution disturbed to more yellowish colour. All the functions are perfect. What do I do to normalise colour resolution on screen.
