gamer, 11 Nov 2022how did you guys download custom roms on the note 10.1XDA forum. Look only for Android PIE 9.00 as this is the most fluid and stable version.

Brilliant device, really good for its time, and still very usable if you flash the correct rom.
It is a perfect size, screen is quite decent (although a little low dpi for modern standards). S pen is very pleasent to use, and quite helpful on such a large screen.
The stereo speakers sound quite good, and the dac sounds great through headphones.
The standard jellybean rom is good but bulky with Samsung's TouchWiz, so I highly recommend rooting and installing ParanoidAndroid 3+ from XDA Developers as it improves performance significantly.
I would recommend not going to android kitkat as that removes the nice tablet ui with the status bar at the bottom.
Overall a brilliant device, and still very usable in 2022

It's still a beast after 10 years, I wanted to throw it away yesterday, and I checked xda, there's Android 12L available for it, I flashed the ROM, and it works perfectly. I can't believe my S20+ and note 10.1 have the same OS :-D

Clyde Timonera, 28 Feb 2022 is this a note 10 chinese copyno it's not, its a flashgip tablet of Samsung from 2012 which was released 3 months later Galaxy S3.

Wyatt, 24 Oct 2021Tablet sucks bought it when launch and after 4 years in 2016 , tablet dead me too, bought when launched. mine is still good up to now 2021. even tho very occasionally used. first time i used it after years of standby, it was slow to charge, but after few days of using and resetting, all is well.
