And there are already solutions to that. I do use 4k occasionally like when my baby gets born, but nothing compels me to use it everytime as the files are large, and 720 p does the job ok for me. So far I've not ran any overheating issues like the Z2.

hardly may 12 hours ... moreIt's like the first time I'm seeing you here, and you just complain away without even telling us what or how you are using your Note 3. I use my Note 3 a whole lot without ever turning off data, always connected on bluetooth audio, internet music, browsing a whole lot, and downloading torrents daily which gives me up to 12 hours till I need to change the battery.
Learn to turn off notifications or radios if you don't need them.
Battery Life is very poor. It Drains even if you keep it switched off...

Even after many complain, Company has not done anything except certain useless ADIVECES. I am really Fade of this GALAXY NOTE 3, as far as BATTERY is concerned...
Rest Left on COMPANY..
But I wont go for SAMSUNG in FUTURE...

Correct my friend,its a beast and i jumped from a note 1 user,its gona last me a life time now,note 4 is the same size 5.7 inch screen.was expecting at least 6inch,only 1 gbt extra making 4 gbt of ram.lot of money to fawk out just a bit extra.im lucky i had mine bought me,cost 750 GBP at the time.but its a minie TV, and phone. and a computer plus everything else,thankyou samsung for a top notch phone.credit where credits due !
Hey buddy, Just go with this phone,, you'll not regret.. I'm using it from the last 5 months never experienced a single lag or heating issue.. ofcorse every phone will heat a little bit while playing game, but that is not an issue. Dont think twice,, just go for it!! :)
Downloads are really fast and hassle free.. It can handle download of big files very easily. I've downloaded GBs of data with it without a single issue via 3G and wifi...

I have purchased a Samsung Note-3 on 21.03.2014.I like to inform you with great regret that I, recognized my first mobile default (touch screen not work properly) after two month of my purchase date. I send it for servicing on 04.06.2014. After that, they reply me on 06.06.2014 to handover the set. But unfortunately I have faced another kind of problem (hang frequently and touch screen not work properly). As a result I have to return the set again (for solving those problems) on 18.06.2014. It is great remorse for me because
Firstly, A consumer who is able to purchase mobile set like Samsung Galaxy Note-3 would not expect this kind of quality.
Secondly, To keep the brand image of Samsung you should be more careful in customer care. Without customer care you cannot expect good customer satisfaction
Thirdly, you should more careful on your service quality and commitment because these components keep your customer having faith on you as well as your product.
