Tcool, 01 Jul 2014What is the benefit of rooting? Are you not satisfied with unrooted phone? You can remove Samsung included bloat ware which eat up battery and may b slow the phone down not that note is slow ..by installing super user app and titanium backup... also in future if u get bored of Samsung ui you can install cynogenmod or any custom rom which are faster and more customizable. As of now cynogenmod is not stable for note 3.. in future it will be. If u use titanium backup u can easily reinstall an Uninstaller app by using its backup no need of re downloading app also entire phone state can be backed up by some root apps and the image can be stored in ur pc no need to reinstall apps or os if phone crashes

Gerald Damian, 01 Jul 2014Yesterday I noticed on my phone An update is available of 185 mb for note 3 9005.. Perhaps this 46.05MB update on my N9005 for improved stability is a preparation for the 185MB update.

[deleted post]Log into "Android Device Manager - Google".
You can find your phone, ring or setup lock and erase data.

[deleted post]Sorry, I for one do not share your opinion. iPhones cost a lot more, but does less, is tinier, less capacity. I do recognise its simplicity, snappiness, and compact. You can brag about its 64 bit processing, but there's hardly much apps that utilise it.
The iPhone can't do more than 100 things Android can do:
Fortunately for you, Apple realises this, and is now implementing them with iOS 7 and 8, and they present it like they invented these features. Still, there are tons of features Apple isn't implementing and Android users like me have been already using for years.
I used an app called "towel root v1" to root my note 3 n9005 running kitkat with just one click.. now my phone is rooted check the video on youtube..
