AnonD-365057, 01 Jul 2016Thanks - At least something is better. I guess 6.01 is out of reach. i know. if they gave note 3 5.1.1 it would help users who are having problems Nikhil.

The Galaxy Note 3 is obviously a fine piece ... moreDon't mention apple in here, that's a swear word lol,my note 3 did serve me well and I kept updates to a munimum, but there's a time to let go and move on,note 1 I had for 1yr and note 3 for 2yrs ,note 1 was £550 when it came out and note 3 £700 totaling (£1,250)hmm just for 2 mobile phones, good news is I had them bought me at the time,so never cost me nothing, but on a serious note the priceing of phones has got out of control, that's why I sat back and decided for £35 I can get a budget phone on kitkat I hasent to that does more than my note series did, personal choice thing tho and everyone's to there own, enjoy your note 3 for many yrs to come my friend ;-)
blonde, 30 Jun 2016rooting a phone for anyone who doesn't know how to do it is risky r1 Reverting does not require root but yes it still risky !

The Galaxy Note 3 is obviously a fine piece of hardware. Most of us who have had one for sometime don't seem to want to get rid of it. If we get an update that will be great. If not, we still have a perfectly usable phone for a few more years. What a deal! Pity those poor Apple homies who will line up at midnight when the Iphone 7 goes on sale.
Anonymous, 29 Jun 2016N900 model a.k.a original galaxy note 3 should get 5.1.1 atleast !i totally agree. note 3 is popular phone with many users on diff forums. at least note 3 deserves to get 5.1.1. just have to wait and see if it does Anonymous.
i read note 7 non removable battery which is a shame. it will support sd card which is good. but im sticking to my note3 and edge. i like to have extra batteries for my notes. shame on samsung as how long will a non removable battery last? 2 yers? and it cost a lot to have new one fitted.
