If I pay 800 US dollars or Indian Rs 47,900/- for a pho... moreThank you for the Courtliness. By and large, we do not see such come backs. Habitually, they are spiked with debauched words, odium and ignorance.
It is woeful but true in that many naïve clients are taken for a ride going by bench marks. Even though, it is a foundation to assess, it should not be the final tool to judge a product. Professional reviews by Verge, Cnet, Engadget, Tech Radar and of course GSM arena, to name a few, would come in handy before taking the plunge. In fact, N9005 has 4K & LTE on top of what N9000 has. In addition Snapdragon variations are fluid when compared to Exynos chipset but still lags behind Apple A7. For that matter, even an Iphone 5, A 6 is on par or slightly better than Snapdragon 800.
Also, N9000 lags at times but not like S 4 though. Touchwiz is the culprit here and you could experience the transformation if you have the guts to switch over to Cyanogen Mod, which is what I have done. But once again, why change the Rom after paying through the nose in the first place.
In conclusion, if you really need a true smart phone with cutting edge technology, solid operating system with unparalleled after sales service, then go for iPhone 5s or 5, if you could stomach the 4 inch display. The second best out there, at present, with all due respects to HTC One is Note 3. This is once again my humble opinion only.
There is a big heating up problem. I changed one set for which samsung admitted about the problems but refused to change again when problem persisted with 2nd set. I would recommend customer not to buy such a costly phone who care for such problems.
AK, 16 Oct 2013No It Will Only Launch in Asian Countries and Not the Entire WorldBut in which asian countries it will be launched? I am eagerly waiting for dual SIM or LTE version of note 3 in India...
[deleted post]You can buy N 9005 from saudi arabia or dubai. And it will work normally in egypt. In saudi arabia its price is 6000 egyptian pound.
Stark, 16 Oct 2013Iam rather disappointed that they have removed the radio, or are there any apps for the radio yet?Not at all,
In south africa note 1 and 2 are still expensive estimated to R6000 ($600). And note 3 is R499 ($55) on monthly contract IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE. I rather buy iPhone with that money.
1-the note 3 dual sim will it come to the whole world or for china only ?
2-the n3 dual sim is snapdragon 800 and adreno gpu and camera without 4k , so is there any other difference between it and the n3 4g lte version ?
iam from egypt and there is only the bad n3 3g version and no 4g
so i wonder if the n3 dual sim will come to egypt cause its snapdragon 800 and adreno gpu so its much better than the 3g bad one , if it comes to egypt i will buy this n3 dual sim version .....

AnonD-53316, 16 Oct 2013Aircel, Punjab and I dont need any 3G plans basically because I am in Wifi zone most of the time. What India needs is unlimited broadband internet of 2 Mbps for Rs.499/month (FUP of 100GB). This will bring internet revolution in India. Because of spectrum constraint wireless cannot offer such competitive price or usage, but wireline can easily offer that. But corrupt govt policy is skewed against providing affordable wireline/landline broadband internet to certain favor mobile operators cartel. After 2014 elections, Namo will bring broadband internet revolution in India.

But Most of the wire line Broadband ISPís in western countries ( presently i am in Qatar ) provide truly unlimited high speed internet connection without FUPís they only have FUP system for wireless broadband in the form of 3G and LTE. Its a shame that none of the wire line ISPís in India provide such plans higher than 2Mbps, at least state owned MTNL should provide truly unlimited FTTH plans at affordable tariffs, only then can we be called truly technologically developed.
I am now in Qatar .. They are giving 100Mbps (10MB/SECOND) Fibre Optics As well as 4G network in the Whole Country just For 400Rials and in india telecom beggers not even providing a 1Mbps Unlimited Wired internet.!

AnonD-53316, 16 Oct 2013My Note 2 is best for the time, and in future there are 64 bit processors coming.I suppose for you and me 'Note 4' will be a big upgrade.
I will also upgrade to 'Note 4' . i have no money right now to spend for note 3 as i am just a student ! :)
AnonD-53316, 16 Oct 2013Is that S4 running on Exynos, Octa processor?from which state you are getting RS.126 3G data ?
BSNL is started giving recently as they UNIFIED 2G & 3G packs but Idea,Airtel & Vodafone still charging the whooping 250/GB . not able to watch a small video with that data. BSNL 3G coverage not able to reach anywhere near to IDea,Airtel,Vodafone in my state.

If I pay 800 US dollars or Indian Rs 47,900/- for a phone I don't want Not bad at all but Excellent, Outstanding, Cutting Edge technology.
What a shame Samsung has been caught on the wrong foot on this one - Exaggerating test scores, Having different demo & sale pieces in India, having sony launch snapdragon 800 IP 58 certified phones.
But the biggest tragedy was every rumor blog of the note 3 had people ask them for Dual SIM, IP 58 certification, Snapdragon processors. They choose to ignore all of it.
Sad because I love my note 2 but am upset that Samsung has mucked up so badly on the note 3 on so many fronts.
Samsung to recover you have 2 choices
1) Drop the current model price to INR Rs 35,000/- which is what it is worth now (waiting for Diwali / New Year sales will not help your case too much)
2) Launch a Note 3+ with Dual SIM, IP 58 Certification & Snapdragon 800 processor at Rs 45,000/-.
