why doesn't Samsung ask for lollipop update for my note3 neo?????

According to "Battery Doctor", after full charge + trickle + optimize, my Note 3 lite, 4G, is left with 27 hours. If this is true, where the "74 h endurance life" are gone ? I got the phone 1 week ago, Is my new battery damaged?
Besides this, the music sound is of the highest quality. Who needs anything else but enough battery life?

It is the better mid range smartfone. I also use it.After lollipop update battery backup is reduced. Please dear Samsung development manager and farmware devlopment engineers in feature update 6.0.1 farmware the problem is automatically solved. Now lowest grade smartphone is updated 6.0.1.So our Samsung company is mild stone as compire to smartphone world. Please update Note3neo marshmallow. May God bless Samsung company.

Update lollipop after reading lots of pros and cons. Update with kies. No problem at all. Phone running smooth. No lock screen lag. Every thing working fine.
