!!!!great mobile !!!!!! Using since 8 months....no problems nothing fault......only heating prob is there bcoz samsung heavy set is using charging boost to charge the battery ......so after 60%of charge phone will be at normal temp.......................overalll .........great phone.........

I had a samsung galaxy S duos, which I gave for a IC change they took out it's mic and speaker... I had to fight with them to reinstall them.... They did install them again but than the sound quality had gone... All the things that he reinstalled were of inferior quality... Check your mobile thoroughly before collecting it back....

I said after the software update is also mobile restarted. Let it change you Motherboard. Then he said that we take mobile deposit.
If we have also restarted problem. So we will change Motherboard.:-:

I m facing problem whenever I plug in my phone for charging after 5_6 min it automatically gets switch off . And during charging my phone gets heated alot i always used to remove back panel to cool it down. Plz tell how can I fix it? ?

Shhzd amar, 06 May 2015Bro changing the motherboard will cost you a lot... almost the half of the phone... Your phone... moreActually changing the faulty motherboard under warranty is free so will not be charged anything at all. It is manufacture defect.
Some users experience auto restarting and just replaced a motherboard by service centre and it solved.

Changing motherboard is free if you're on warranty. I had problems with my neo (very low signal which caused lots of missed calls and the phone would go off and wouldn't turn back on unless I removed the battery) so I visited a Samsung repair center, stated my problems and they didn't find any problems. Still they changed the motherboard and the phone is perfect ever since.

Try to solve the problem under the warranty... Just visit the samsung official website... there will be an option to stated as 'email to CEO' or something similar to that... just mail your problem to them, you'll be called to the service centre... I guess the problem is because of a faulty IC, a professional will easily detect it... Though changing the motherboard is also an option but it will cost you the half of your phone... The choice is yours
