You should try to insist them to change the motherboard for you.

Normal screen shot saving only takes 1 or 2 seconds the most.
So if this issue bother you, you can try factory reset your phone and back up everything first.

Mannan Master, 05 May 2015AS My personal experience I used both Note2 and note 3Neo.Note2 is better than note3 neo.Maybe... But if we look at the specifications than note 2 is equipped with exynos 4412 quad which is quite outdated now, exynos octa is also available now... The note 3 neo contains exynos hexa in which there is a main quad core processor and helping dual core processor... Anyways never used a note 2...

Each and every user installs 3rd party apps and candy crush, xender and other apps are all very common... Just revisit the centre and state them the problem... If it is not cured by a software reinstallation then some IC would have gone faulty... How old is your mobile?

This price drop happens with mostly every samsung flagship... They launch it at a great price because samsung provides newer technology, but as the technology becomes common theyare forced to drop the price... But the major price drop is due to introduction of some chinese brands like xiaomi, lenovo and etc... Their flagships are much cheaper...

In 2013 only the tiresome ... moreStill cant understand Sammy's pricing strategy..N3neo was released in Jan'14 in Rs.40k..2 weeks later it became Rs.38k..in Sep'14 my frnd bought this device in Rs.25k & now its in Rs.20k..wat rubbish..selling devices at higher prices at early release just to mk business profit & makin public fool!!

My not... moreDear shhzd amar, yesterday I went Samsung service center and i told them my problem (auto restart). after some time he called me nd check my phone and told me that Your phone is restarted due to 3rd party Apps (like- candy crush saga, gioneexender etc) then He told me to do software update. after software update i come my home and i used my phone but suddenly my phone was Auto restart Again..what should i Do...Plz help me friends

Earlier sony stated that only its Z series will get the lollipop update... but now there are many mobiles like T2 ultra etc which are running on the official lollipop update.... It won't be of any use if the company changes its decision....

In 2013 only the tiresome brands like Sony, Samsung, nokia etc were present in the market... Soon after the brands like xiaomi, lenovo, asus etc started releasing their smartphones in the market, the rates have fallen rapidly... I used to owe a grand 2 which was launched at 23k, after 7-8 months its price had dropped upto 14-15k... Comparing to this the note 2's price had not fallen much... Nevertheless this is the neo version of the note 3... Note 3 still prices upto 33k...
