Since my warranty still available, I'm actually got no worry about battery since it can be remove easily even out of warranty.

But I had get use to it since I got the phone for five months still don't have any issue, also the same with my previous phone.
Except my first smartphone, iPhone that I previously used that it won't make it until night so charged it in evening.
Hey, usually when do you charge your phone? Morning, afternoon or before bed?

I am from Pakistan.Actually different country receives different updates with different size at different time. The latest I had received a stability update but doesn't seems same as you which doesn't affect my phone anyway.

About the charging heating up issue, my own Note 3 Neo also face that issue until now and it heat up at certain period like from 25% to 70%, its fast charging period. But it isn't a big problem as I had use it for about 5 months without any problem happens. I always leave it charging overnight and don't use while charging.
If you really worry you can bring it to authorised service centre for diagnostic, maybe will be granted to change a new motherboard.

Secondly, a few days back I received an update of almost 68 mb. After which the n3 neo has started heating up during the charging. All other functions are smooth. It is still 4.4.2 K. What you say in this regard

Avi, 02 Apr 2015The problem is not with phone. Its perfect. Network problem is of Vodafone itself.The phone is absolutely best but there is some network issue indoors ....sometimes...not always
