who told you note3 neo get android 5.1 rolling out next week it is in tesing now and it take time to rollout but it take one month to rollout it depend on company

PDF file can only view but cannot edit. ... moreYes u r right..but there is Polaris 5 fr edit purpose & yes i installed Adobe reader too
But both polaris version (reader & ver.5) allows U to sign a pdf doc by S-pen..which I like d most.
that's d reason Samsung accumulated it as a default office tool as they make it compatible with their device.
However as U advised I tried WPS & MS office, which doesn't allow me to sign pdf doc. Word was editable.
Also these 2-apps save file in their cloud & not on SD card, spclly MS app

PDF file can only view but cannot edit.
You can install Adobe reader if you want to do more in PDF.

Awesome performance with same features of note 3.
My Bro using n3 since 10months.hes surprised with da features of neo almost as same as note3 within difference of amount 10k-125.
Only the difference between found is
13 MP cam
3GB RAM
5.7 display
where as neo has
8 MP Cam
2 GB RAM
5.5 display which is more comfortable with enough features at low cost wen compare to N3

There is one more recommended app called Quickoffice but was put down by Google and replaced with 3 separated apps called Doc, Sheets and Slides.
Unless you previously installed Quickoffice, if not it will not be available anymore.
