I sold my Xperia C3 & bougth N3neo.
All users had this purpulish scrolling issue in low light, it not a fault, just keep brightness at 60% max..u wil face no issue later & don't keep it in auto brightness mode(which drains battery fast)

It happens cause of low light on the screen, don't be disappointed as you will get use to it after some time.

Sanket, 01 Feb 2015on low brightness my note 3 neo shows some purple colours while scrolling in settings menu and... moreI got a small note 3 neo which shows me purple and colour on the combination of black and white .and blue and black.I went to service center and they said it is not an issue it happens regarding the internal hardware.I shown them the demo of the phone which is OK but they don't listen.now I am never buying any product s from Samsung.it is better to go for Sony or htc.

note 3 neo its otg supported itts can connect pendrive usb mouse and digital camera i tested it its working good no problem

Is there any solutionOriginally Note 3 Neo supports USB OTG.
If you can't connect, then it should be a problem with either one.
Just check them out either Pendrive or OTG cable. Nevertheless, check the phone USB port.

Hey, anybody facing hanging/restart problem while charging then rush to Samsung center.
I faced same problem, now they replaced PCB/board of my phone.
Now it works great.
