So before using install at least screen protector and protective cover to avoid serious impact and damage.

The phone has very good features only issue i found is its bit fragile, the display if broken slightly will go blank, and not covered in warranty , will cost you around 6.5 K .

camera is not working pr... moreAccording to your complaints,
Notification light blinking is caused by other installed apps bugs and error, to stop it from blinking abnormally, restart the phone.
The camera on my Note 3 Neo works perfectly, no crashing and restarting at all.
Hanging problems also don't happened to my phones. If it happens, it is caused by buggy apps you installed and will be fix by restarting the apps (Open multitasking and kill the app).
If you really facing problems when like above you mentioned. I'm sorry but you got to go to a Samsung Authorised Service Centre for a check, mostly caused by defective motherboard.
Some apps like you mentioned can't fix or preventing your phone problem but just help you in some way, don't know... It mostly mentally relieve your worries and it's existence to comfort yourself. Because, what the apps can do, the phone itself also can do the job.
Installing SD card don't fix the hanging problem but just to store your data but apps installation into your SD card to prevent insufficient internal storage.

Got my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo in the middle of 2014. Worked fine then. Lately however I have noticed that my contacts in the phone book does not appear immediately and takes quite some for it to be loaded into the screen. Quite a hassle when one sends a message and can not do so because the contact is lagging. I resort to restarting the phone. But then again it does not usually load on time. Any thoughts or suggestions. Much appreciated. Thanks

It has some problems like
light blinks if notification already read
camera is not working properly
Hanging problem and much more
But it has a six cores processor and 2gb of ram
I recommend that wait for some months lollipop upgrade will come in july 2014. And i recommend that put sd card of 16 gb those who facing hanging problem and download a app (advanced task manager) and open settings of it and on the 3 automatic cleaner. It will helpful.

does this phone have fm??? some sites mention fm but i cant find it in my handset. my phone hangs when i put it on charging or it keeps retarting when put on charging or if none of above then it hangs and screen turns black or keeps on vibrating if a call or message comes when its charging...

Hlo Khye. I want to seek your comments on an issue that I have faced twice since the purchase of this phone in jan. 2015. Twice it happened that its auto rotation stopped working and it only became functional after turning the power off and then on. otherwise its wonderful. Is it some problem?

Guys thanks for your support and advise. My querry is GSM arena rates the endurance time of Note 3 New is 72 hours. So if a user like me uses it moderately like 1 hours for wifi 1/2 hour for game 1/2 hour for music and 1 hours for videos how long the phone can last after a single full charge with 40% brightness. What can be the average stand by time if the phone lays for idle mode. My phone has no heating issue no black line issue. Others working good. Please provide these information.
