Shut up and go to the Samsung service centre and claim a new one, if they refuse to, means your device are perfect only your own network connection are slow not the phone.
Don't blame the best phone of the best.

I bought Samsung galaxy note 3 neo 3 months ago it's network strength is very poor and Internet slow since I bought this cell phone and I went to service centre 4 times but they didn't solve the problem this is bad

I bought note 3 neo 1 month before. It's battery backup is very poor only upto 15 hrs in standby mode. It's battery consumed automatically without using. In battery status its shows, Android system consumed more battery.
Any solution help me

I am using this phone for a month but it's battery consumed very fast without using/in standby mode. It's battery backup only 12 hours (used/unused). I trying all apps to save battery but no chance to enhance battery backup

I bought note 3 neo 3 mths ago. I heard the phone has awesome battery life. But for the last 2 wks I find that even in stand by mode I hve to charge every alt day. Can someone advice me what might be the problem?
