If it happened to you, maybe you need to send to service centre for defect warranty mostly motherboard.
Charging will get the phone warm because it is in speed charging between 0% to 70% after that it charge slowly without warm.

Anonymous, 25 Dec 2014xactly the same problem facing on my note 3 neo..when i charging my phone in switch on mode it... moreItz an issue wid d charger..1c remove d adaptor..n try chrgn connectn 2 pc..dn m sure u wont xperiece ds prob..samsung chrgers are not upto d mark...dey are of inferior quality....

What the hell ..no java support and fm radio and poor camera quality....i was going to upgrade from Gs3 to note 3 neo but changed my mind ..and exynos chipset is inferior as compared to snapdragon
