who told you to get android 5.0 lolipop update for note 3 neo witin two months it is not confired to get update to android 5.0 lolipop and its last update cycle for note3 neo is 4.4.4 kitkat end of its journey

I bought the samsung note 3neo on 1st 2015,
But on 2nd the mobile started to hang .i removed the battery and started once again , after 30 min it once again hanged and started to get heat near camera and hole back side.
Service center told they will replace the handset and gave me DOA(letter to delear to replace the handset)

You can Google it because my phone not rooted.
