Hanging and freezing problem is due to faulty motherboard

Most of the freezing and hanging problems for note 3 neoare due to faulty motherboards, when I went to the service center, they told me that they will reinstall the software but that didn't work, finally they replaced the motherboard and the problem solved.

Gaurav, 02 Jan 2015It will look like a very good phone or a very good deal given the configurations of the phone ... morehi i am using the same fone i didnt face any problem i purchased this phablet on 30 dec updated it to kitkat same day it run superb on 4.4.2 & with ir blaster and usb otg its the perfecto for this price tats 23k actually i went to buy an s4 i was stunned by neos brilliant design and bought it & guys tat guys review is lame pls dont consider it the battery life is perfect and u will love s pen feature and if u are a hardcore gamer like really kick ass gamer pls spend some more money and get snapdragon800 chipset and if u want the best phone pls spend money its pathetic how some people want high end phones on low price ...peace

It will look like a very good phone or a very good deal given the configurations of the phone and to a normal user it might just appear to be a device to be flaunted, but if you are a power user, this phone is a disappointment and adding to that Samsung customer care's mind boggling support will add to your woos.
I have purchased this phone a week ago, and I can assertively claim that this is not worth whatever price it is selling for. The phone's performance is nowhere close to any other phone with 2GB RAM and hexa core processor, thanks to a cheap quality processor used in phone to bring its price down -->1.3GHz Cortex A7 quad core,
The phone hangs very frequently and It kept restarting even right from the day I purchased this phone. The inbuilt apps with Android/Samsung -- e.g. Magazine/Flipbook kind of softwares keep troubling you with slow response and hanging intermittently.
This phone doesnt work nicely while multi tasking, this is having a really really bad performance from a power user perspective. Go for this phone only if you want to flaunt a stylus and 5.5 inch screen, if you really use your smart phone, dont buy this.
The phone's resolution is bad i would say, being a huge 5.5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 16M color support, this pixel density dont make your phone look attractive, trust me on this. It claims the camera to capture 1080px photographs, but I felt my last phone Samsung galaxy S2 had better picture quality than this phone.
and moreover Samsung customer care, I have faced an ordeal whenever I had to interact with them regardless of the problem I had. The day Samsung has sold its phone, it has disowned it, and it would act as a Mobile repair company and not a Mobile phone manufacturer, they have policy which says they would not replace a defective phone, they will only replace it part by part as and when it troubles you. This phones hardware is not capable of running Android version 4.4.2 which is available in phones available in market, and its hardware is definitely not suited for running the software its loaded with, OR software is not optimized to utilized hardware resources and samsung customer care will keep you entangled saying that it is a software issue and all they can do as remedy is update software with latest binary.
Altogether, a product not tested enough before its release, Samsung may find success fooling some customers who dont use smartphone optimally to get nice reviews, but for a power user, this phone is just not worth any money.
I admit, that I got fooled as I bought phone in a bit of hurry and missed to note that it doesnt have a qualcomm processor which i assumed to be standard in most smartphones. Thankfully with my past experiences with Samsung customer care, I bought warranty for my intended period of usage.
This phone has visited service centre 3 times in 10 days since I have purchased.
statutory warning: NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE WITHOUT EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR INTENDED PERIOD OF USAGE.

Oh no, pity of your phone has been damaged.
I suggest not to buy any covers or protector that can't fit well or fit in by pressing hard. Even once you fit it in, it will be more difficult to remove it.
Buy a higher quality cover as well that fit just right without stressing the phone much.

bcoz while putting the bumper around d rim the shopkkeper press vry hard to lock d bumper..it created a dent on d bottom side of rim

used this phone for about 20 days well work by samsung good battery backup 1.5 day at average use eg.gameing surfing and video playback.nice screen thx to amoled no lag at heavey gameplay camera quality awesome at low light condition video quality super s pen works well happy with this phone .

On lowest brightness it will appear yellowish on black image while scrolling.
One reason to explain, this is one of the Samsung phone that brightness can be adjusted to this low. Even Note 3 minimum brightness is not as low as Note 3 Neo.
Feeling satisfied with Note 3 Neo.

Hi, 2 days bck I bought Note3 neo in India.
I can c wen i put it in auto brightness mode & spclly inside a dark room while scrolling up in setting sections the letters n title bars seems to b flickering(jumping) n little purplish..but if i increase d brightness it doesn't..any advice?
My new Note3neo is now at service center on 2nd day..& wen i tried to show d same prblm to d service center guy..it was less visible in broad day light..so he kept it for software update as i insisted to check.
