I bought this phone last month everything is fine but I have one problem it takes alot of time while taking pictures from main camera.
Please advise if this is phone problem or there is any setting which I should change ??

SemRock for 16k only one phone is there I.e grand2 duos but it has 5.2 inch that's good phone in samsung

Before that, ask your friend or anyone to touch the phone see if its the same.
And go to setting and check the touch sensitivity then try again.

I brought galaxy note 3 neo 1 month ago.its nice mobile battery back up superb n at mid range its prefect. But now i am problem , the problem is my mobile touch is disable i can't touch with my finger now i am using with pen. From pen touch is ok. so please help.

i am purchase note 3 neo mobile. mobile is very nice. because one time the cell is my hands the charger symbol will displayed. the cell is switched off the problem be solved. please solve my problem
