Anonymous, 24 Dec 2014S4 has a fhd screen and a higher pixel ratio,so it will tend to drain battery quicker and also... moreFull HD eventually drain more battery than HD screen. But this is the improvement and provide clearer screen.
If you love higher screen resolution, then go for S4.
If you ok with HD and additional SPen feature, then go for Note 3 Neo.

Jessie. .., 23 Dec 2014My notification panel for auto brighten icon missing... already choose to on but it can't appe... moreNormally, auto brightness will be disabled and disappeared from the notification panel and switch to the lowest brightness when you left 5% of battery.
For your problem occurred even battery is more than that. One solution to try.
Shut down the phone, remove all removable parts, like battery, sim card(s), SD card(if have). Wait few seconds then put replace everything back then restart the phone.
Hope it works and give a feedback.
