The phone is Absolutely awesome , excep... morePhone heat up when playing graphic intensive game, that happened to most smartphones and it's normal so do I and don't worry.
Camera problem don't happened to me.
You may try factory reset or go to any Samsung authorised service centre for assistance.

And I showed it to samsung service center,they said there is no issue with the phone and battery. I asked them, they said battery is normal and they didnt perform any tests on battery... I dont know how they arrived on that conclusion... these samsung india service center guys dont have any knowledge..they are just bunch of untrained persons

I have been using the Note 3 neo since past 2 months.
The phone is Absolutely awesome , except for few minor -
flaws.
1. The phone gets heated up while playing HD games like Frontline commando..etc
2. The camera gets freezed while clicking pictures with flash.

By the way, have you updated you phone firmware to latest version?

P.S: The game was a low end game and not graphic intensive

Earpiece section getting uncomfortably hot during call, proximity sensor turning off the screen but unless the screen turned off by pressing power button. it getting hotter.

sureshkl, 16 Dec 2014N3 neo the latest firmware has been released on last Nov 25. So anyone here has updated to tha... moreThere is no much change from the Nov 25 update. One thing i feel is battery drains very little compared to before the update. I did it from my mobile network and it got paused many times due to constant network issue. Then i went to service centre to update from their end as my updated didn't go successfully.
