Anyway, my kernel version is November 19 which recently updated.
Also about the data used, we are advised to not insert sim card when first time start up and setup the phone as the setting auto switch on mobile data, this happens to all phones and you can't switch it off before setup is done and setup consume some data before you connected to wifi.
So next time only insert the sim card after setting up the phone and quickly switch it off before further consume of data which lead to pay more.

Can someone who purchased recently share your Note 3 Neo's OS and kernel version and date of this phone.
I purchased one which had KitKat 4.4.2, but it should have been Jelly bean 4.3. I'm doubtful on this part(But I had connected to internet when I started this phone but it was for 5 min through another mobile hotspot only to add my account) Later on unchecked the automatic update. But I'm not sure whether even OS got updated when I had the connection, after disconnected I got notification I used around 70MB of data.
More over Serial number starts with RF.... Some US websites says it might be refurbished product.
I need someone's help on this. Just share the OS and Kernel details along with its date. Even the first two characters of serial number share will be of help so that I can verify and be assured of the product I have.

sayeed Ramish, 05 Dec 2014Very Bad experince with this handset because it has issue reagrding camera and its without Rad... moreCamera issue I have never face before so my only advise is hard reset (factory reset) the phone.
If problem still persist, please visit a Samsung authorised service centre for help and assistance.
I also feel sad about the unavailable of FM radio and it has not built in future Galaxy Note Series like Note 3 and Note 4.
So if you really want FM radio, choose other model or brand with Radio built in or use the wifi connected radio instead by installing radio apps.

can you please let me know if you able to move app to SD card, i try to move but ... moreThere is no way to move the entire apps file completely to external SD card unless you rooted and need professionalism.
Let me explain more, with inserted SD card in your phone.
Certain apps installed from Play Store will identify itself and install partially of the file data into your SD card automatically.
Certain apps cannot move the file data completely in the SD card especially pre installed apps.
There are no apps that can installed completely in SD card unless it's rooted phone.
You can see for yourself, most apps can partially store the data in SD card (Move to SD card button).
But be advised, sometimes certain app will crashed and fail to install in SD card due to bugs in the app so you need to move it back to Internal Storage.
I personally do not move apps to SD card as it sometime will slow down the system and cause some heating and warm to the phone, unless the apps automatically store itself in SD card while installing. That's what I believe.
But if you really run out of space in internal storage. Just proceed and move the apps to SD card as much as the apps could.

im using note 3 neo from last almost 2 months now, battery backup is awesome with heavy use its goes almost one & half day with normal use two days, im not viber and skype user so will not comment with that, whatsapp is working great no issue, i did face camera issue twice till not it hangs sometime i need to switch off my cell & wait for few minute & start again to make it work, but camera quality is good. all other things are good no problem with that, for viber & skype wait for few time some will reply you & let you know.
