It is suggested to install a screen protector or tempered glass for maximum protection to the screen.

Imran, 04 Dec 2014i am facing problem with S-planner too. it shows always "Stopped Working". i cant op... moreI have checked mine SPlanner, it seems no problem and work well in my phone.
Maybe it's your own phone problem. There are some solution.
Try open GALAXY apps (Samsung apps store) and see whether there is an update for Splanner.
If not found or work, try Factory reset the phone and try again.
If still don't work or don't want to lose data from factory reset due to an app malfunction, leave it and install Google Calender which is a good app too.
OR enquire help from Samsung service centre.

Did you just updated the phone ? Maybe this is the caused that need to be factory reset.

Dude this same issue i have with my device. Phone freezes while charging. Have to remove battery to reboot it plus random reboots when connectiong to the charger. I happens only when using the 2A charger. Other charges work fine. M tataking my phone to the service center today. Lets see if my phone is the issue or the charger.

i bought samsung note 3 neo 7 days ago phone is really good but i m facing in this phone of hanging problem after this only option bettery out and again put in phone and sometime self restart problem show. i have not installed any unuseful apps. and memory card placed after format. so plz what to do. can i go samsung care for this problem
