This is such a excellent phone. But the time to full charge is ages. i think more than 12 hours. i only fully charged my phone once.

I bought this phone for 23900/-. I was stunned to see that Redmi 4G cost 9999/- for same specification in other word a better specification.

I partially disagree to your statement.
I bought Note 3 Neo from Trusted and certified online dealer and its original local Samsung warranty and I'm using now without problem, major problems.
It is for sure that you will get a defective one if you bought from Untrusted and Not Certified dealer from Samsung itself.
Buying Online always cheaper than any other dealers, just that how and who you deal with.

1st i have buyed in e bay... camera was not opening so returned and again buyed in amazon.in phone got switched off after 14 days..again i have exchanged with the other piece even that also have probem in touch so cancelled asked to refund.. today is 20th day but refund has not been intiated so plz i had many problem soo kindly dnt buy mobile in online.... better ask samsung to low the price in the mobile shops

I have seen most posts about the camera problem with flash.Actually i bought Note 3 neo,even i faced the same problem.As samsung has 7 days replacement policy went service centre showed the problem.They told they will give new set.Actually in customer sevice centre they will give some certificate called DOA which we need to collect after some three to four days from the day you had over your mobile.Then with taht certificate if we go to mobile centre where we bought the mobile we will get the new fresh piece.The new one which i got is woking fine.All the phones does not have problem some handsets have.Please check while buying.If you face problem within 7 days get new one.
