Try to touch the screen, the screen is hotter than the back cover.

Is it because I have a Sd card inside? It's Samsung sd card.

Note 3 neo is a excellent phone...I bought it 2 months back and I am very happy and satisfied with this phone..no lagging problem as I surf net a lot and even play games a lot.great battery back up,display of this phone is just awesome,.its a amoled display , even though it says it's a 8mp camera..trust me clarity looks like a 13mp. .even front cam is awesome..
overall a great phone at for a very low price at just 23k..definitely worth buying this...u will enjoy a lot

My experience with this phone has been very plea... moreJust to add to my previous post so that let may be useful to some body:
If the phone is slow or hanging, it's due to insufficient available memory (RAM). Sometimes RAM is not released by an app, even after it's closed. Then, one has to release some of the memory by going to "active apps" widget (place this on one of the home screens). Tap RAM & "clear memory". If the phone is often getting stuck, then one of the installed apps may be the culprit. Try to identify & uninstall the app. By following these procedures, my phone is working flawlessly.
