recently i purchased samsung note3 which is having hardware issue. i haven taken to samsung service in koramangla,bangalore with in warranty ..i asked for replacement but they are not ready to replace.. mr bharat, manager urgedvery rudely ..finally they not given for replacement for bad piece..if buy any samsumg mobile..you have to face mental torture..before buying any samsung mobile ..think 100 times and buy..replacement policy very bad in samsung mobiles..if you have any problem in samsung mobile ..you have to get doa certifcate from service centre...then only you will get replace for faulty mobile..but samsung service centre will tell u have bare with small problems.but .they are not ready give any certificate..because samsung company put penalty on service centre if they give so don”t buy...this is my personal experience

Who ever is looking to buy note 3 neo, just go for it friends. Best phone in low range, lots of features, easy handling, nice camera & overall battery rocks. Belive me frnds just go for it. Using neo for more than 3 months. Simply top class

AnonD-22824, 31 Aug 2014Lg g2 32 gb is way expensive than lg g pro and note 3 neo and both lg g pro and note 3 neo is ... moresurely go for note 3 neo, the new processor on the note 3 neo is better than lg g pro, although the new lg g pro 2 is better than note 3 neo, and the screen ont he note 3 neo feels great !
