Clear the RAM and then play. I hope your heating problem for gaming should be solved for about 30-40 mins as more graphics uses more RAM and more core.

The main causes to choose the note 3 neo that 1st of all I have to say about the battery as note3 neo has a removalble battery and xperia Z has not. What will you do if your mobile hangs up on the way...?? Also, Not3 neo has a bigger battery with bigger capacity. 2ndly, noted neo has an S-pen with awsum features. I am using Note 3 neo for last 4 months. Its really SMART. And much better than XperiaZ.
